How often should I do cardio and muscle toning workouts for maximum weight loss?
January 24th, 2012I work out 6-7 days a week. One workout option for me is the Abs Diet 2 DVD (cardio interval training). The other workout is a 45 minute workout by Jackie Warner called Total Body Power Circuit (muscle toning). So, if I plan on working out 7 days a week, how many of those days should be cardio, and how many should be muscle toning. Also, why are both cardio and muscle toning necessary? Thanks!
