Anyone with high blood pressure in pregnancy carry to full term/deliver naturally?
August 12th, 2009 | by admin |I’m just wondering how seriously I should be preparing for the early arrival of my little one.
I’m currently 33 weeks and we’re having trouble managing my blood pressure with medication, we’ve upped my dose, and I’m doing the 24 hour urine collection/bed rest fun right now.
I’d like to go into labor naturally when my body is ready and not have to be induced at all.
I haven’t spoken with my doctor about my concerns yet, because I asked my doctor if we could only talk about this optimistically… last night though I really started to worry about how often they induce between 38-40 weeks due to high blood pressure. Obviously I’ll do anything to keep my baby healthy, I just am wondering should I start making sure everything is getting ready for the baby?? [obviously since I’m stuck in bed, have someone else do it for me]
sorry for so many questions on this.. i’m just really worried now!
