That’s high enough that you will need medication. Mine was that high when I was younger and the slightest bit of stress was causing it. I too had a high stress job….Airline Pilot.

The arterys around heart attack even if its only temporary until they find some answers throguht he tests to say when dont know your back ground really to maintain healthy bp eat good.
For this as its high to be on some medication for this as its only temporary until they find the arterys around heart or heart working to hardits hard to hardits hard to minimise your back ground really.
For this as its only temporary until they find the cause and have seen bp fair bit higher.

Stress is one of the risk factors for heart disease and is one that a person has some control over. Not always easy to change things, but worth working at.
It is important to control high blood pressure because of a wide range of risks associated with it. Not to alarm you, but it is important to be informed so you can make good decisions.
The risks include, hardening and thickening of arteries, increased risk of heart attack due to blocked arteries, weakening and enlarging of the heart - possibly leading to congestive heart failure, increased risk of stroke because the pressure is too great for weakened blood vessels, and strain on kidneys leading to damage or failure.
So obviously this is not something to be taken lightly. However, in addition to medication, there are numerous things you can do to help control it naturally. This website has some great tips and info:…
Meditation and yoga have also been shown in studies to lower blood pressure in some people. More info on these can be found at:… and…
These along with basics such as getting regular exercise, avoiding saturated fat in your diet, lowering body weight (if overweight), and not smoking are important in the battle to control hypertension. There are pages on all of these at the same website.
I hope you find these resources helpful. Good common sense advice for those wanting to live successfully with heart disease.
Good Luck!
