		<description>The intent of both is somewhat same that is to burn calories.But fat burning is solely intended towards loosing weight by sheding those extra fats on the other hand cardio workout could be intented towards improving stamina,improving flexibility or may be towards general fittness.Well you may also say fat burning is a more intense form of cardio.Well yes both are a form of aerobics .Anaerobics is intense training using weights that is done to increase lean mass or build strength.

Plus you can burn more calories with other work outs then as if you were running. Like cardio kick boxing. Cardio Kickboxing burns 800 calories per hour. Kickboxing offers a great full-body workout because it requires you to use every major muscle group and includes interval training. Your heart rate will soar and stabilize several times throughout the class, which is optimal for weight loss. 

Now if you were to run, running can burn 650 calories per hour. A 145-pound person who maintains a 10-minute mile for one hour can burn up to 650 calories. However, running consistently for an hour can be challenging if it isn't a part of your current exercise regimen. You can work up to this goal and increase your cardiovascular fitness by adding walking intervals throughout your workout. For instance, run for three minutes and then walk briskly for one minute. This practice will increase your endurance, lower your heart-rate recovery time, and burn fat.</description>

		<description>running is inclusive in the overall category of cardio.  Not all cardio is running. It is effective in that it burns more calories than biking or swimming because it involves more muscle groups but if you cannot find running interesting then any other option is probably the best option.</description>

		<description>First of all I want to say I had the same problem you're facing. I'm not a fat guy, I'm just normal weight, but there was this tiny layer of fat covering my abs which prevented my trained abs from showing.

I was surfing the internet for a solution to my problem, and I encountered a website where you get a free report about working out your abs which was really cool to me since it contained facts I didn't know about. I purchased the course and after about 2 weeks my trained abs started showing more and more. You can take a look at the site here:

		<description>Go for a walk to lose weight. With our busy lives, most of us don't really have time to go to a gym or do intensive work out sessions. That's okay, because you don't really need to! If you're unable to set aside time with family or friends to go for short walks at least every couple of days, there are other options. If you're sitting at work all day, try to have just a 5 minute walk every 2 hours or so  -  this should amount to the equivalent of around a half-hour walk each day. Try to make the walking fairly brisk. If you do have more time, walking before dinner is one of the best times to do so.</description>
