Frustrated with my inability to maintain high blood pressure at 28 weeks. I am taking medicine Alphadopa daily

I am very much in touch with my doc and she is very optimistic I will be OK if I take her medicines and have a C-section after 38 weeks.

MY QUESTION: Did anyone of you had high BP even after taking blood pressure medicine Alphadopa in pregnancy? Was the baby fine absolutely?
