how do i get my blood pressure down?

i’m 21yrs old and i just recently had a routine physical and i was told my blood pressure was elevated, not nessarily high but high for my age. I mean i’m under alot of stress but i didn’t think it was anything serious but i’m way too young to have high blood pressure. And i haven’t found an affective way of managing my stress so i need advice on how to both manage my stress and get my blood pressure back down to normal

    Do you exercise regularly? If not, start. It can be just walking 10-15 min, 3 days a week.
    Do you smoke? If so, quit. Smoking elevates BP.

    Start taking garlic supplements.
