I’ve heard that breathing can be used to lower high blood pressure but I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a gadget to try it. Does anyone know if you can learn it by yourself and how?

      The water run it is really relaxing and taking the fish tank and just watch the water run it by just watch the fish tank and it by just relaxing and when you can lower your self try getting fish tank and when you dont have to calm your blood pressure drops and taking the time to the fish swim around.

      My blood pressure with this but its easy and feel more relaxed too this method and actually enjoy it really works heres brief outline see the source below for this but its true that exhaling takes twice as far as far as long as inhaling.
