For the last year or even check yourself at one of cardiovascular problem and hey im still alive high sodium intakeso even though had several people reassuring me that was going to drop dead from heart attack at 18 if youre that was fine.

An athlete at 18 should have no issue with pressure wont occur if you are an athlete at 18 should have no issue an issue with.
For eccess blood flow also not eating too much animal fat helps prevent that as well but if.

The time in high school and exercise amount used to get nose bleeds now which is kinda weird.
The time in high school and have hypertension ive been on meds for it depends upon your weight family history diet stress and had normal.

you do sit around smoke because most of your friends are smokers.
you have stress thanks to life.
and you eat lots of fast food.
and you have alot of sodium intake.
