If you have high b/p and it isn’t kept in check with medications
you could suffer a stroke. I am sure if your Dr. told you that
you have high b/p he or she has put you on medication. I am a small person & don’t have any problems that one can see, but I too have high b/p and it is kept in check with meds. Over a period of time high b/p can cause kidney damage, and other health problems. Please take good care of yourself!
