What is causing my high blood pressure?

I am only 19 years old and my blood pressure is 150/80. I have no idea what could be causing it. I feel fine and am in relatively good shape. If anything I am too skinny and I get stressed out allot by stupid little things. What could be causing my high blood pressure?
