So I was just wondering, what is classified as high blood pressure in teens, and if there is a classification for low blood pressure, what is that??

The beats per min you counted was your pulse and has nothing to do with.

normal pulse is between 60-100, and normal blood pressure is between 120/80. if systolic is more than 140 and/ or diastolic more than 90 it is considered high. and there is big deference between blood pressure and pulse, take care
