Usually there are no symptoms until it becomes critically high. Then you would feel dizzy, blurred vision, headache. This usually occurs after years of untreated high blood pressure. You can go to many pharmacy’s and they usually have a machine or you could buy your own automatic cuff. If it is consistently 130 or higher you definately need to see a doctor.
