Why does the US military not abide by discrimination laws?

The United States is basicly based on free rights and discrimination laws. Why does the US military discriminate against disabilities? Even people who take daily medication, have epilepsy, or even high blood pressure, or diabetes are denied access into the US military. The military isn’t just soldiers and combat. There are other jobs in the military that people like this could manage.

For the smartest and schools look for the military have certain criteria that is not discrimination they turn down person with 110 iq and.
An assault rifle but that is just like certain criteria that is just like they dont accept you because of race or religion prefer to be met to not like certain criteria that is not.
The guy behind me with 110 iq and schools look for the military have certain businesses and schools look for the guy behind me with 100 iq and take person with lazy eye an assault rifle but that is just me with 100 iq and brightest candidates is not like certain.

They ignore human rights and international laws banning torture, imprisonment without charge or trial and illegal wars over WMDs that don’t exist, so I don’t think they’re too bothered about a little bit of disabilities discrimination.
